Refunds and Exchages • Returns and exchanges can only be accepted if we receive a completed return/exchange form from you within 14 days from receipt. • Goods must be unworn and in perfect condition and your original receipt must also be included with the return/exchange form. • Please complete the return/exchange form stating whether you would like a refund or exchange and enclose it with your returned items and original receipt. • Goods are returned to Junior Petunia at your own cost unless they are faulty. We would advise sending items back to us via registered post to ensure we receive them safely. Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for returns that do not reach us. Please note we are unable to refund or exchange any items that have been specifically made to order or personalised. However in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us on 0870 609 1125 or email info@juniorpetunia.com within 14 days from receipt. Your statutory rights will not be affected. |
